I saw all the jewelry parts and immediately figured I’d find everything I needed, i almost did. There’s a ton to browse through, maybe a bit too much if you’re trying to be quick, but the selection is really good.

I ordered a few findings and beads, the quality just wasn’t what I expected. Maybe I got a bad batch, I’m not totally sure, but some of the pieces had scratches and a couple of the clasps felt really flimsy and bent way too easily. I was planning to use them for gifts, but I don’t feel comfortable doing that now. For me, it just didn’t feel worth the trouble.

My order was mostly fine, and the beads I did get were good. I saw one item listed as in stock, so I just assumed I was all set and started planning my project around it. Then it got cancelled later, which was frustrating. Shipping was okay, but I really wish the website inventory was more accurate.

They did eventually reply to my email, but it took a couple of days, which felt slower than it should’ve been. The response was okay, not rude or anything, but I kind of got the sense they lean on little policy loopholes instead of just giving a straight answer or fixing the issue quickly. Not the worst support I’ve dealt with, but definitely could be faster and less frustrating.

I’ve been using these for a few months or so now, and they’re still holding up well. They feel sturdy enough and haven’t really given me any issues yet...

I ordered a few necklace busts and ring trays from Jewelry Supply, i felt relieved when I opened the box because they looked much nicer than I was expecting. The velvet has a soft, good-quality feel to it, not that thin cheap kind, and the stands actually hold their shape well.
I use them for my little booth setup, and they just make the whole table feel more put together, which makes me feel better about showing my pieces. Nothing came bent or scratched, so that was a big plus too. I’d definitely order more display items from them.

It got here faster than I thought it would. I had reached out to support just to check on the timing, and they basically said something like, “It’s already on the way, you should see it soon.” Sure enough, it showed up really quickly. No complaints from me.
